Order Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed, modifications to customization details or delivery addresses are not possible.
- Please carefully review all details (size, color, design, address, etc.) before finalizing your purchase.
Data Privacy & Security
- Never share your personal details, especially OTPs, with anyone.
- Bedsheet Studio Prioritizes your data privacy and will never request sensitive information like OTPs.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and a hassle-free resolution process, customers are required to record a complete unboxing video.
Video Requirements:
- Begin by showing the shipping label with order details clearly visible.
- Record the entire unboxing process from start to finish without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ensure it is clearly visible in the video.
- Claims for refunds or replacements will not be entertained without a full, unedited unboxing video.
Return Conditions
Clothing Category
- Returns are not accepted for clothing unless the item received is defective or damaged.
- In case of defects or damage, an unboxing video (as per the above guidelines) is mandatory.
Item Condition
- The product must be in its original, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted for worn, washed, used, or altered items.
Non-Defect Issues
- Style/design preferences, bleeding or rubbing of vegetable dyes, and minor stitching issues are not considered defects.
Color Variations
- Minor colour variations (up to 10%) may occur due to photographic settings and screen displays and are not eligible for return.
Return Charges
Standard Items: Rs. 99/- per product for returns not due to quality defects.
Quilts & Comforters: Rs. 159/- per product.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and international
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours after our Quality Check Team approves the return.
Refunds will be issued as wallet credit (valid for 1 year) or via bank transfer/Esewa.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items in their original condition, with customers bearing the return shipping costs.
Returning the Product
Reverse Pickup
We will arrange the reverse pickup for you. Upon approval, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping fee.
The entire process takes 7-14 days.
Self-Shipment
If reverse pickup is unavailable, you must ship the item back within 7 days to the following address:
